【修正内容】
1. ドライバーの二重予約禁止オプションを追加
2. Cariot管理者ツールのステータス管理から「GPS無効」を削除
3. チェックイン済みの予約では利用開始日時の編集をできなくする修正
4. 配送計画編集のドライバー選択時のプレイスホルダーを追加
5. 「停車」「非稼働」の条件を調整し、通電中の車両については「非稼働」扱いとしないように修正
6. 位置飛び区間の走行軌跡を点線で表示するように修正
7. その他、軽微な不具合修正
